      HOW TO USE A FACE ROLLER

Make sure your skin and the face roller are clean before starting.

    • Step 1: Prep your skin by applying your favorite serum, oil, moisturizer.

    • Step 2: Start from the chin or neck, work from the center outward and upward.

    • Step 3: Use the smaller end and gently roll from the inner eye towards the outer corner.

    • Step 4: Next, move up to your forehead. Starting in the middle of your forehead, go outward and upward towards your hairline.

  • Jawline: Gently sweep the tool from the chin along the jawline in an upward motion, towards the ears, using the V edge.

  • Neck: Gently press at the base of the neck above the collar bone, and move the tool in an upwards motion towards the jaw using the V edge.

  • Cheeks: Gently press the tool from the centre of the face and work outwards towards the ears (be careful and extremely gentle near the eye area. The skin is sensitive and delicate.)

  • Brows: Gently move the tool across the brow line starting from the center and working outwards.

  • Forehead: Gently sweep the tool in an upward motion towards the hairline.

    • Step 1: Store your Gua Sha in the fridge for the extra cooling sensation and anti-inflammatory effect.

    • Step 2: Always start with a clean face, then massage in several drops of facial oil.

    • Step 3: Glide upwards and outwards on your face with light-medium pressure without dragging the skin.

    • Step 4: Holding the tool at a 45-degree angle. When reaching the outside edge of your face, gives the tool a slight wiggle back and forth and then releases.

    • As you are slowly gliding the Gua Sha, repeat your affirmations in your mind. If you don’t have time in the morning, use your Gua Sha in the evening to connect with your body and slow down before sleep. It helps you fall asleep deeper and easier.

    HOW TO USE A ROSE QUARTZ EYE MASK
  • Step 1: Place the eye mask in the fridge for 5 minutes.

  • Step 2: Set the tone of the space you’re using. We suggest lighting scented candles and turning on a meditation soundtrack, but you do whatever works best for you.

  • Step 3: After cleansing the skin, place the eye mask on the eye area.

  • Step 4: Inhale and exhale slowly. Visualise the energetic elements of the rose quartz flowing from your heart space through your body, replacing any tension or emotional blocks with pure, positive, and loving energy. Leave on for around 20 mins, or as long as you feel you need to.

  • Step 4: Afterward, turn the rose quartz eye mask upside down and place over the jaw or neck area to increase blood flow.

  • Step 5: Remove the mask and apply a serum or cream as you normally would.
