365-Day Warranty Policy

Our Commitment To You:

  • Our rollers’ handles never break
  • Our rollers never rust, nor fall apart
SelfAmour does everything to ensure you rest assured with our products’ quality. We offer a 365-day warranty! Our 365-Day Product Warranty means customers are eligible for a one-time replacement product within 12 months. A replacement product will only be issued:

  • If your Rose Quartz Eye Mask thread is broken
  • If your Rose Quartz Roller snaps in half
  • If your Rose Quartz Roller is falling apart or showing any signs of rustiness
Please address all product inquiries to hello@selfamour.com. We will provide you with a new equivalent product. This warranty is valid within 365 days after purchase as long as the claim is made by the person or business that purchased the original products, the proof of purchase is provided, and pictures of the product with the above damages are made available.

Note: This warranty does not cover damage and/or return requests caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care. A shipping fee may apply for one-time replacement.

We are not responsible for replacing:

  • rose quartz eye mask chipped bead which has broken due to being dropped
  • rose quartz gua sha which has broken in half due to being dropped
It is at the discretion of your dedicated SelfAmour Customer Care agent to determine whether your product can be replaced.

Our Care Team is here for you. We will do everything in our power to make it right!

Return Procedure

  1. Email us (hello@selfamour.com) pictures of the product, your order number, and your proof of purchase (order email confirmation)
  2. We’ll ship you a new product to within 48 hours of approving your request.

Important Notes:

  1. SelfAmour product replacements are non-refundable.
  2. It is the customer’s responsibility to ship the item(s) back and notify us via phone, email, chat, or SMS message so we can initiate the replacement process.
  3. The customer is entitled to send one request to reorder the same item for one order. The next request for a different item in the same order can be sent again after the previous request is closed.
  4. Each item is entitled to a one-time, no-questions-asked replacement if the quality is not up to the standards (not including shipping fee).
  5. SelfAmour reserves the right to make changes to, or cancel, return requests at any time.
